Understanding about the collection process.
Way of Tele – calling for Vehicle, Housing & Mortgage
Preparation of Collection MIS of Daily collection

Operation Department

Understanding of software – Jaguar (LOS)
Procurement of the required documents for loan processing and keeping the original documents separately in relation to property papers in safe vaults.
Understanding difference between Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) & Over the counter documents (OTC) which help in smooth process flow.
Reconciliation of disbursement with accounts confirmation.
